Corporate Finance and Business Development
Travis Armayor is senior vice president of corporate finance and business development for Ferris Oil Company. He oversees the company's global acquisition and divestiture activities and also evaluates related financing alternatives.
Prior to joining Ferris in 2009, Armayor had more than 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance related experience. His banking career began in New York with Chase Securities in its mergers & acquisitions group; he later joined Merrill Lynch's global energy & power group in Houston as a banker on numerous advisory and financing transactions for exploration and production, midstream and utility companies. Most recently, Armayor led energy investment banking activities for Petro Capital Securities and Fortis Securities, both based in Dallas.
Armayor earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University, concentrating in finance and accounting, and a B.B.A. from Baylor University.
